Rose Court is an exclusive new build development block of apartments, in Headingley, Leeds located on the iconic former site of Leeds Girls High School, Victoria Gardens. The development won Best Large Development in Yorkshire constructed by Taylor Property Developments.
The team at Marcher Roofing used an Amourplan PVC Singly Ply Membrane, which is a lightweight system and crucially a no torch-on installation or hot works on site for both improved health and safety and protection of the attached listed building. This system comes with a 15-year guarantee. The Amourplan PVC Singly Ply Membrane has higher green credentials than equivalent roofing systems.
The roof construction took a total of 4 weeks using one of Marcher’s 3 man roofing teams.
